Armchair BEA 2016 - Introduction Post

This is my first time participating in Armchair BEA.  I actually had no idea something like this existed for us that aren't able to go to BEA until recently.  I am quite surprised and very happy that it does though!  I don't see myself being able to actually attend a BEA in any of the upcoming years, so I will happily participate in this one from the comfort of my home!

1.  What is the name you prefer to use?

I tend to be boring and just go by Stephanie
2.  How long have you been a book blogger?

Almost 1 year! My blogiversary is on June 19th!
3.  Have you participated in ABEA before?

Nope! First time.  I wasn't around for this last year!

Group 2:

1.  Do you have a favorite book? If you cannot choose a favorite book of all time, pick your favorite book today - just this second. Remember that favorites are allowed to change if something affects you deeply enough.

2.  What is your favorite genre and why?

I read pretty much everything, but I will have to go with Fantasty!
3.  If you could recommend one other book blogger, who would it be and why?

I like recommending my books based on the person I am recommending to.  Not all books are for all people. So tell me your interests, books you've liked in the past etc....and I will recommend you a book!
4.  Which day of ABEA are you looking forward to the most?

I am going to try to participate in all of the ABEA days as long as my little bug allows me to participate.  She comes first, even to books!
5.  If you could create a playlist that reflects your bookshelf, what would be the first song you choose? (You can include more than one if you want :D)
I really don't know.  It would have to be something almost put together but still pretty chaotic

6.  How do you arrange your bookshelves? Is there a rhyme or reason? Or not at all? (#ABEAShelfie)
I tried to organize it alphabetical by authors last name.  Then I pulled out my signed book and separated them.  And then there are all the books that don't fit onto my bookshelves...

7.  What book are you most excited for on your TBR? What are you most intimidated by?
My TBR is huge.  I cannot wait to get to so many of them.  The ones that intimidate me are the longer ones because they take more time to get through, which means I read fewer books!

8.  What is the most interesting thing that you have learned through your reading this year so far?
I guess I have learned that it is one of my most easily accessible happy places.

9.  If you could choose three characters to have lunch with, who would they be and why?

I have to say, I have never thought of this.  So I have no idea.  I guess I am not too great of a book nerd huh?  I need to work on that.
